“These guys are truly awesome.
I HATE that I can't remember his name, but I explained to someone that I was moving 2.5 hours away, and was going to be doing a lot of driving (I wanted to make sure they checked my tire pressure). I've been going to this place for at least 3 years, so they have my car's history for fluid changes--so he went and checked to see what I needed to get done, to make sure that my car ran as smoothly as possible. He was honest about what REALLY should be done, and what could wait, and for how long (since I'm tight on funds).
He was really helpful and understanding, and I am SO APPRECIATIVE of the info and service he provided.

My partner and I haven taken our cars to them a few times already and are so glad we found our go-to local mechanics!”
“I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. “Ruben has come through for me every time I needed work on my car - even in an emergency. The first time I went to him I needed to get my belts and belt tensioner replaced. He gave me the option of buying my own parts or having him handle it. Note: parts have a warranty when he buys them. He was up front and honest about the work needed and quoted me less than other shops. He finished the job quickly and professionally.
A few days later one of my ignition coils went bad while driving. My motor started shaking, engine warning lights came on, and I couldn't drive over 30mph. I immediately turned around and went to BA Auto Repair. Within minutes, Ruben diagnosed the problem, showed me how to test the other 3 ignition coils and gave me advice/option of replacing the one bad coil or replacing all four. I decided to replace the one coil because it would take a day to get all four delivered. He put in a rush order for the coil and got me sorted within an hour!! He even offered to replace the other three coils at no extra charge if I decided to order them.

“We had a couple of problems with one of our bikes while passing through town and are so very thankful for Adam and City Cycle Werkes. We pulled in on a Monday morning, Adam diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, fixed everything in 3-4 hours and got us back out on the road to continue our trip on the same day. We felt he was very honest and fair. The cost for everything was reasonable. We would definitely use City Cycle Werkes again and recommend this shop and Adam to you.

Taylor is very personable and a professional at what he does. He was my hood tech and when the lube tech had a minor mix up Taylor made sure it was made right and set my mind at ease. I got an oil change, automatic transmission drain and fill, and both front and rear differential fluids changed all for $222.”

“My experience is always the best at this location. The young man that helped me was so sweet and helpful I wish I got his name. He offered to take my sticker and make sure all the prompts in my car were reset. Over all he made me feel sooo comfortable in the best way.
