“I want to update my review because the dealership really stepped up after I shared my concerns. Not long after I posted, Sheriff Demetri, the GM, reached out to me personally. He listened, understood exactly why I was upset, and made it a priority to turn things around for me.
He connected me with Kay Shadid, who was honest, patient, and actually took the time to understand what I needed. Kay helped me find the car I truly wanted, and the whole process finally felt clear and straightforward.
I especially want to mention Erin. She’s the one who truly made a wrong right. She handled everything in finance with so much professionalism and care. She made sure everything was explained, fixed what needed fixing, and treated me with the respect I should’ve gotten from the start.
Because of Sheriff, Kay, and Erin, I’m leaving this experience happy and in the car I really wanted. I appreciate the effort they put in to make things right.”

“Got my Pathfinder lookin new again! Front end was smashed in right through the radiator ?♂️ swapped the grill, radiator, bumper, air bags were deployed and the owner travelled around to find replacements for the steering wheel and passenger side dash board, seat belts were locked up because of crash security but owner travelled around to grab those replacements from scrap yards as well. Solid shop owner along with his 2nd in charge who was super helpful too! Good guys, honest, hard working… FAIR PEOPLE! They even tightened up a couple things and replaced the starter because that went out as soon as I came to pick it up and DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA! Just wanted to finish the job with integrity ? I would highly recommend and I will return if I ever need body work again. And real talk… I don’t trust people. A lot of people are trying to squeeze anything extra outta your pocket but this small shop is A1 ? trust that! Solid dudes! The turnaround might not be 1-2 days but it’s a small place with only a couple guys so quality work takes a minute. If you want the job done right, check’em out! ??”
“I moved to the East Bay and it's been hard to find someone who is honest and upholds the integrity of their work, Jose is transparent, communicative, and a master at his craft. Since it's a small repair shop and many seek his services, you must be patient and have time to give to the initial process but it is worthwhile. Worse case scenario is you walk away with his counsel about your car's issues and you are better informed about your options.”

“My car started making some funny sounds and I found this auto service here on yelp. I decided to ask them for help based on others positive reviews and was so grateful that I did. John was willing to listen to what I had done to try and solve the problem without any judgement. He took a look at my car and was very honest about what needed to be done. He communicated clearly what I needed to do and how he could help. I hope to not return too soon, but am glad to have found an honest mechanic where I feel comfortable, taken care of and not taken advantage of just for being a women with a car problem. Highly suggest to anyone having any car problems!”
“I recently had a tire rotation done at this place and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient, completing the job quickly. They also suggested that a wheel alignment wasn't necessary at this time, which I appreciated as it showed their honesty and integrity. I'll definitely return for future car maintenance needs.”
“Good, fast service. Friendly staff. No muss no fuss. About $100 for an oil change (4.5qts synthetic + filter) and they check / top fluids etc. Not a bad price but maybe better other places, YMMV. I personally had a great experience so $100 well spent in my book”
“10/10 Service! I got a fat nail in my tire. I called ahead and got a quote for $31 for the repair. I came in the next day and dropped the car off. within 45 minutes It was done and the total was $31. Very thankful for such incredible service. Can’t say this is always the experience as a woman.”

“Harry arrived 20 minutes before the ETA to tow my Mustang GT. My Mustang was lowered and Harry made sure my car doesn’t get damaged. R&R Towing got my car towed without any problems and super fast. I would recommend them to anyone with any type of vehicle.”
