Since it's a small repair shop and many seek his services, you must be patient and have time to give to the initial process but it is worthwhile. Worse case scenario is you walk away with his counsel about your car's issues and you are better informed about your options.”

John was willing to listen to what I had done to try and solve the problem without any judgement. He took a look at my car and was very honest about what needed to be done. My truck needed two door handles replaced; I came in with the replacements parts and Surat and Alberto replaced both handles in less than an hour, for a reasonable price. I also got advice/guidance about insurance claims for future repair work which I will definitley take to Claymore to fix. Highly professional and personable owner/employee/business!”

“I came to El Cerrito Honda for an oil change on my CRV. They also took care of a few recalls and did other work. They found the best deals for me and guided me with explanations every step of the way.
I picked up my car and found myself looking for a sedan. The sales team were excellent. They pulled out an accord I could test drive and after a few hours I was a new leasee of an accord!

I HATE that I can't remember his name, but I explained to someone that I was moving 2.5 hours away, and was going to be doing a lot of driving (I wanted to make sure they checked my tire pressure). I've been going to this place for at least 3 years, so they have my car's history for fluid changes--so he went and checked to see what I needed to get done, to make sure that my car ran as smoothly as possible. He was honest about what REALLY should be done, and what could wait, and for how long (since I'm tight on funds).
He was really helpful and understanding, and I am SO APPRECIATIVE of the info and service he provided.

“10/10 Service! I got a fat nail in my tire. I called ahead and got a quote for $31 for the repair. I came in the next day and dropped the car off. within 45 minutes It was done and the total was $31. Very thankful for such incredible service. Can’t say this is always the experience as a woman.”
