There's also a place for people to sit if they're waiting for someone to try on clothes.Torrid is one of my consistently trustworthy places to buy plus size clothes, including items that have lasted for years. They also make some of the best plus size dresses with flattering shapes and fabrics that feel substantial and comfortable. Would suggest for both professional and personal outfits (and they have lots of fun stuff for Halloween too)”

“That's why I love going here, because it is Express Factory Outlet, not a regular Express store, so you always find great deals, the employee was also very nice.For instance, today I came in and found some very good pair of pants, originally marked as $98, but was marked down to $59.99, then you get to take an additional 60% off. The price at checkout was super sweet, unfortunately they couldn't find my email or phone number on the system, and last year I have signed up with them to get that $10 off first time, after back and forth with the girl at check out, I decided to use my ex email and they were able to pull up the account, anyhow I told her that this email belongs to my ex, we both had a good laugh, regardless she still gave me an extra $10 off my purchase, wow what a steal, but this is how you do business, unlike the H&M store in the same shopping mall, jeez I wish they had the same level of customer service as this one. Thank you, you know who you are.”

“I haven't tried to return anything here, so my review is based on shopping experience only. Box Lunch is a great place for fandom shopping (especially Sanrio and Ghibli), and has a lot of store-exclusive products such as clothing and bags. This particular location is decently sized and well-spaced so it's easy to browse, and you'll be able to find a lot of the more popular products. The associates are helpful and have always been friendly to me.The prices can be a bit high sometimes but about on par with the quality - most of the bags hold up very well and shirts and sweaters are well-made. They also carry an inclusive selection of sizes, often going up to 3x.”
