He rebuilt a AOD for my project car and after I over tightened the TV pressure plug and broke the case he was able to find an old case and swapped out all the the parts and charged me pennies for what another shop would have. Customer service, prices, quality of work, etc. Called around to a few places to get my transmission serviced and Paul I believe it was spent extra time explaining the differences between the services and what other places typically do for a "trans flush"
I was already pretty informed of this but he told me some things I didn't know she spent time on the phone to make sure I knew what I was getting into. Even told me it may not fix the current issue I was having, but it did. My truck drives better than it did new with 72.5k miles on it now. Side note. I did have something clunking in my front suspension that I planned on handling between myself and my alignment shop. But after leaving I haven't noticed it yet.

“I was having trouble with my Nissan and couldn't find someone reliable, but once I brought my car here, I was extremely satisfied with the service done to my car and customer service I received from every employee. When I brought my car, I was able to get it fixed that same day and while waiting, I had a great talk with the receptionist, which made my wait time fly by!
