“Dock Aid is a great place to store your Boat! My Boat has been stored there for about 5 years. They always ensure the cover is tight and it is located in a place that is convenient for me to hook up and tow. 24 hour access is very convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. Ryan, the owner will get back to you via text or in person immediately if not sooner! Cannot say enough about this storage facility. The pricing is super competitive! Excellent place to store your boat!”

“Wow, this place is amazing and management knows how to hire the right people. I called 20 minutes before closing and Tomisha picked up the phone. I have never heard some one so enthusiastic and personable as her. I did not find her level of customer service with other storage companies in the area. Tomisha sold me on the unit the moment she took the time to respond to my question in a manner that was respectful and caring. Tomisha needs a raise because her personable deminer over the phone sold me on the storage unit and company. “The 26-foot truck I rented had a warning light saying to check the gas cap before I even pulled out of the parking space - I checked it and it seemed fine but remained on. I drove it to my house with no problems but spent over 2 hours on the phone with roadside assistance trying to determine what was wrong with it and then they finally agreed to send someone to take a look at it. Turns out there was a missing gasket on the tank that I would have never noticed. Other than that, no problems and it ran fine.”
