“Hello! I had a wonderful experience at A-1 Storage, where I recently commenced renting a 5 X 5 storage space. Honestly, the customer service there was excellent! It was definitely a five out of five! : ) The lady who helped me to begin my rental journey is named Glenda; and - if she wants to do so - this young woman will go far in life. She was: warm, welcoming, classy, patient (namely when I couldn’t figure out how to work the lock on my unit), and so kind. And, at the same time, she was also efficient! Glenda is the type of person who brings world class customer support, to all that she endeavors. I mean, with Glenda’s level of attentive care, I thought that I was at a Saks Fifth Avenue or a Neiman Marcus….but no - I was at storage! I had to pinch myself. Glenda is a gem and is truly an asset to this environment. The other lady working with her (in the office), on the two days when I was recently there seemed nice, too, but I didn’t have the opportunity to really interact with her much. ?? Well, I’m off to NYC, and will remember my fabulous storage experience in La Mesa, as I walk down Fifth Avenue in Manhattan! Thanks for such an awesome intro to A-1 Storage. All the Best, Kat ?”

“This place is wonderful. They are old-fashioned, which i prefer for many reasons. It is family- owned and I would much rather give my money to that kind of business rather than some big corporation. The manager and her daughter, who work in the office, are very friendly. The facility is clean, and safe. They have cameras and someone who sleeps on the property at night for extra security. I adore this business and the people who work there, and I am so happy I found them. I will gladly give them my business, rather than take it anywhere else.”
