“Unfortunately, one of the solders on my MOFSET broke off just before I was about to airsoft. Fortunately, after looking around for a few airsoft shops, I went to CC and they were able to solder the wire back to the chip. They charged me 10 bucks and was out of there within 10 minutes. Super grateful for the experience these guys offer to the beautiful city of Corona. Highly recommended.”

Jennifer answered the phone, helped me as much as she could, then transferred me to a gentleman on the floor to make sure they had it. I don't remember his name, but he was great! We were able to reserve, and pick up a present that completed Xmas! It's a shame Wal-Mart couldn't be as helpful!”

And I was just honor to be there at the factory.My only comment is this is not the kind of store that you walk in and they have hundreds of discs on the walls you can peruse through. They have a showroom with one of each model disc and you can work with the staff to figure out what plastic you want and what options they have.”

“I came by Thursday afternoon, a lady greeted me (Cassandra?) and offered help. I knew what I wanted to get, so she showed me the boxes. She was polite and very professional. I was in and out in 15-mins.Their current pricing reflects the COVID supply and demand model. This means the prices are of MSRP or over. They are not the only business doing this, every fitness supply started selling at MSRP. For example, the MSRP of equipment I purchased is $498, but they are selling it for $600 (cash price and tax included). The Walmart price was $400 (but you cant even find one from Walmart due to COVID). On Amazon, the same equipment currently sells for $645 with free shipping. Prior to COVID, I’m pretty sure their prices are very competitive. A well-known Fitness Superstore in Riverside used to get supplies from them.Overall, I’ll be returning if I needed additional equipment.”

“Spring 2023: Visited Okuma's headquarters in Ontario, California to pick up parts and get advice about a reel.Staff here are amazing! I had called days ahead of time and scheduled to pick up my parts at will call. The correct parts were ready for me, and two helpful employees helped diagnose a casting issue I was having.The building is a little difficult to reach from the freeways south of it because of the rough roads in the area but other than that it was an excellent visit.”

“Exceptional customer service!! I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had a particular shoe available in a particular size. They did, so I asked of they could set it aside for me to pick up later that day. They offered to hold them until Saturday. I was not able to go on that day or on Black Friday so I went in on Saturday and they actually still had my pair of shoes on hold!! We visit this store almost every other month for first aid supplies, clothes, shoes gifts and other things for my husband, myself and two teenage children. We always find what we need as this place is well stocked.”

“All shoes stores should be run like this, two employees greeted me within the first thirty seconds of entering this shoe store, they have proper shoe size measuring devices, more than a dozen padded benches to sit and try on shoes, hundreds and hundreds of shoes on display, all the known and liked brands, a large rack of discounted shoes and knowledgeable staff that went in the back room and fetched the correct size. Comfortable shoes are underrated. This will be our go to shoe store from now on.”
