“I have used this company for printing and faxing only! My review will be based on that.I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”

“WOW this store needed a make over! Absolutely beautiful inside the new owners did a wonderful job. I love how clean and organized it is now I can actually walk in and see everything. Love visiting this store it has a great selection of high quality items and really has a warm home like country feel. “Very friendly staff and usually more than one at the counter to take on customers so I've never really had to wait long. They take packages from USPS, UPS, and Fedex so when I have multiple carriers to drop-off they make a good one-stop shop.”

When you are there be patient because there is usually a steady flow of people and if you listen they are usually having to explain the same thing three different way to an ungrateful customer. “We were helped by Christopher and Lisa Smith (owner). Lisa was so kind and helpful. We explained that we went to the Montclair UPS and our packaged was refused by the woman working there. The Montclair location claimed that we needed to put our already packaged item in another box, otherwise they couldn’t accept it. So we came to this (Claremont) location where Christopher printed our receipt as proof of our return and Lisa told us it was not a problem and that they can accept the package and return it to Amazon for us. It took us 30minutes at the Montclair location only to still be turned away but a mere 3minutes at the Claremont location to drop off the package. Thank you Lisa and Christopher!! We really appreciate you! We will be returning to your location going forward! Everyone needs to come here. Fantastic customer service!”
