Very nice people willing to help I give only one star or zero star to AT&t online people it takes forever to talk to someone most of them they don't have any knowledge I recently ports my phone from cricket to AT&t which activation and trying to get the my voicemail to work it took me 10 hours. Lots of time get disconnected the waste of too much time when you call them I wouldn't recommend their service. Because it's too much waiting when you call them even if you try to use their app, it's very hard to talk to someone right away”

I went in today to turn in the old phones and here's the good news and big shout out to ERNESTO!He looked again at the possibilities for trade in and found a special deal where if I added on some accessories-which I needed anyway - it would bump up my trade in allowance to $700 for one phone and $600 on the other. He totally did not have to do that as I had already completed my purchase and Verizon already had my $$$ !I highly recommend this store-also ample parking in the back and the store was clean and had plenty of product choices.
