“I bought already like 5-6 boots from this place to ATL. I get asked all the time where do I get my boots. The quality is 10/10 and their customer service is great too. I personally message them through instagram and usually you gotta wait on a manager. For example I had a boot and it had a small defect. They took back the boots and got a new pair. The staff here was very patient and thorough with explaining their different styles of pants, the expected fit, the wear, and so forth. They gave my bf several different pairs to try on, but to his dismay, none of them fit right. We were still very pleased with the experience, no matter!”
“I organized a holiday fun activity for my work team and it was the BEST ACTIVITY EVER. Everyone enjoyed it, our instructors were fantastic- great attitude, kind, super helpful, and patient. Even my teammates who were nervous about having to do a hands-on creative activity loved the process and made their shoes their own. We were there for 5hrs but the time flew by! Excited to do this workshop again and bring new folks and a different pair of all white sneakers to customize.”
