This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

This is the type of place a seasoned audiophile can go to and enjoy their self immensely, and an every day music lover will hear things they’ve never heard before.
