brought in my b9 s5 after getting backed into by a truck. not only was pat and the team timely with the repair, but had great communication through every step of the process. couldn’t be happier with the job that they provided! hopefully i won’t have to visit them again, but if i do i know i will be in good hands.

I cannot get over the stellar customer service at Brooks Motor cars of Dublin. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful, especially Patrick. Car repairs aren't really something to look forward to but they made it a breeze! Not to mention this location is really nice.

Patrick, Bernadette and the rest of the staff here are all excellent. It's incredibly difficult to find body shops that do exceptional work with attention to detail.
