I was super skeptical about making a large purchase online. In a world where scams are everywhere the one-on-one, fast and constant communication put my nerves at ease. Michael sent an invoice and a link to a payment site. Within minutes of making my payment I had a text message from Barons, and email confirmation. Shipping was extremely fast and the watch was well packaged. I would buy from Barons again and definitely recommend them!

I discovered Barons during a google search for an Italian brand exclusive, the piece isn’t one you would find in traditional jewelry stores. Consider the piece exclusive! I came in and was fortunate to meet Matt A. I had gone hoping I would get some assistance and not only did Matt provide me with the best price he was also very kind and patient. I was leery after having visited other jewelry establishments in the nearing areas, WC, San Ramon etc. I received the BEST level of service at Barons! No other establishment came close to the level of professionalism, eagerness and accommodation. As a newcomer (transplant) from the East Coast, having a good relations with my old jeweler. I am thrilled I found my new jeweler in my new home on the West Coast. I am relieved I no longer have to worry about mailing timeless jewelry heirloom/custom pieces for cleaning, diamond reinforcement, buffing/shine etc. Thank you Matt! Thank you Barons for giving us your all! See you soon!

We were referred here by another customer, and they didn't disappoint. We actually had a wedding set that was older and broken that we love the style of and ask if they could make one like it and when Matt told us we could get exactly what we wanted done with out hesitation I was thrilled....we had a full custom created engagement ring in 5 weeks. I also have issues with most metals and Matt let me test each metal type of band till we found the right material for me...I'm a platinum girl now lol.....Matt was patient and caring and enjoyed educating us on diamonds. Great customer service and pricing was way better than expected I recommend Matt at the Dublin barons for all your jewelry needs. Thanks again for helping make our dreams come to life Matt we greatly appreciate you!

About six years ago my husband and I visited Barons Jewelers to pick out a setting for the diamond from my grandmother, as well as an our wedding bands. We talked to the sales associate about our budget (we’re school teachers) and preferences (simple). When my husband returned to make the purchase, the sales associate pressured him to buying a custom Tacori ring setting with a double halo that was five times our budget. The sales associates reasoning to my husband was that the design would fit my lifestyle and ensure that the center diamond would remain in place. (I am a PE teacher and youth soccer coach.)
Recently, my grandmas diamond fell out of the setting, something I noticed at work. Luckily I found it at home. I returned to barons. The price to fix the ring was originally more than $500, but was reduced to $500 when I expressed my disappointment.
I have no confidence that it won’t happen again and will no longer be able to wear my grandmothers diamond daily.
I share this to caution buyers about the sales team at Barons, and recommend going elsewhere to at least get a second opinion before being upsold. After my visit to repair my grandmothers ring, my husband received an email suggesting he buy me another band.

Where to begin?! I typically do not write reviews, as I am not a shopper, especially for jewelry. However, my experience with Barons Jewelers was exceptional. I am a first-time customer. I was seeking a pink tourmaline statement ring to celebrate the birth of my first grandchild. After searching around on-line, I came across a stunning one-of-a-kind ring on Barons’ website. I sent them an inquiry, and Michael Stanley responded within a couple of hours. I went to the store a few days later to look at this ring, and I instinctively took along a watch and a charm bracelet that needed some attention. Michael met me as I entered the store, and he showed me the ring. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. I also met Barons’ president, Ronnie Heller, and he joined in our conversation. Both understood the significance of this ring to me, and they answered every question. I never felt pressured in any way, and I did buy it. I wish to make a couple of points:
1) The customer service is outstanding! All of Barons’ staff are highly professional. They also have gifted artisans onsite - one who sized the ring while I waited, another who examined and cleaned my watch, and a third who “welded” charms to my bracelet. Beautiful work!
2) They have a gorgeous selection of all types of jewelry. I walked around the store as I waited for my jewelry, and I was struck by their selection.
I am thrilled with my purchase, and I will return.

First and foremost, this jeweler is hands down the best in the Bay Area! I've had a phenomenal experience working with Matt on an amazing diamond for my fiancé and he also helped put together a customized Tacori wedding band which we'll be picking up soon! Greatly recommend Barons! We first stepped in with no appointment and was quickly saw by Matt Auerbach. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Ended leaving with nothing, went to see a couple other jewelers and instantly returned back to Matt. There was no doubt he was the best! He made the experience very easy. He didn't once pressure us into anything and gave his honest opinion which we really appreciated... we listened and got the perfect ring for me. I absolutely love my ring. Matt also introduced us to Lisa and she was such a sweetheart! We had such a great experience, we will be back! Thanks Matt!

There are some really beautiful and unique pieces at this store. You have to either make an appointment, or stop by and hope they will be able to see you (I guess due to security?), but once you're in they are friendly and I love some of the unique jewelry they carry.

I made an over the phone purchase with Michael from out of state and the process could not have been easier. Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous and made me feel confident with my watch purchase. I would have no problem working with him again.
