“These guys are awesome. Very helpful. Pilot assembly went out on our ancient Carrier furnace. They didn't have what we needed, but were gracious enough to look up the part number and refer us to another nearby retailer where we could get the part quickly. Thank goodness we didn't have to guess at ordering something online, then wait for delivery. This is why we need to shop local... so that places like this stay in business. THANKS Ferguson!!!!”

“Came here a couple of days ago with my girlfriend to purchase some lumber for a project that we had in mind at home. Was immediately met by Rigo (sorry if I misspelled this) who's customer service was exceptional. Told him the project we had in mind, and he went above and beyond with helping us choose the materials needed. Spent the time to go over details and listened to all the questions we had. He was truly an all star. I'll be coming back to this Home Depot for all my future projects! Thanks Rigo”

I will say the one thing that I don't like about home Depot is the customer service of the availability of the associates I feel like I can never find anyone to help me when I need to find a specific item more staffing would be nice other than that everything else is enjoyable when visiting here.”

And the product has been excellent for me!I have purchased half a dozen units over the last several years, and all are still working great with no issues. “Came here to get blinds for our new home and associate Adriana was a HUGE help! She helped get our blinds and even labeled each one so it'll be easier to install. She also cut the ones we needed to have cut. She spent a lot of her time with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great attitude, super friendly, and very hardworking! Made the trip to Home Depot very easy.”

“I had the mind-numbing task of making my elderly father's kitchen functional: sink, faucet, instahot thing, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and garbage disposal. My dad and his wife don't agree on a single frrakin' thing. They even fought which kind of faucet. So, compromises had to be by me. Poor home depot design associate, Cathy Stoik, was caught in the middle. What fabulous human being! Cathy worked with me through all of it. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and kind Cathy was through the process. I think she went above and beyond what most sales associates would have done. If you need appliances go see Cathy!”
