“The staff is nice, the store is small but clean, however they dont have any “trendy” clothes, including baggy jeans and bootcut jeans, i took my 19 year old daughter in to check and she didnt like any which is surprising because she isnt really picky about what she buys. If you have teenage girls coming in to buy pants, please maybe have a bit more selection. We went into forever 21 and found some really cute jeans. Overall, nice store, nice workers, nice atmosphere, but not so much selection for the younger generation ?. Will be returning for myself though. ?”

“I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a hello and a nice smile. An associate (Juanita) introduced herself and offered to open a dressing room for me. She came around every so often to take what I had piling up in my arms to my dressing room. She checked on me while trying on items. Helped me find any item I asked about, "do you all have any ribbed sweater tanks?" She showed me exactly where I could find them. She helped me place an online order for an item I couldn't find in my size in-store. I was very very happy with the customer service. LB is expensive, just no way around that BUT with them offering coupons of $25 for every $50 you spend, it kind of makes your current and next purchase close to 50% off which is awesome. So, find what you like, buy half, come back in 2 weeks and buy the other half with your all $25 coupons. You only have like a 2 week window to use the coupons and you can't use them right away... you have to wait about 7 days. But if you do it right, you can really cut down on the cost of the items. Good thing is, the clothes are made well enough to last if you take care of them. So you get bang for your buck. I do wish LB was a bit more fashion forward, or at least have a section for a younger demographic. The cuts, designs, and patterns aren't always very "woman of size" flattering, and the clothes aren't "cute," or "sexy," they're kind of matronly, but they carry large sizes, and that can be hard to find. K I saw sizes 10-26 in store. Of course the smaller sizes are scarce, you'll mostly see sizes 16 and up. You can also get fitted for bras here. Keep the girls sittin up right and proper! They have a large bra selection ranging from Sexy...ish to SUPPORTIVE! Their strapless bras are second to none. They also have shapers of various levels from simple smoothing to snatchtastic, and they come in various styles (strapless, adjustable, high waisted tummy controlling shorts, full body tummy controlling 'rompers', body suits, etc) There's a very small selection of shoes, they're mostly returns, per the staff, so sizes are limited. If you need wide shoes or boots to fit a larger calf, you might be in luck if they have your size.”

“Made an online pickup. Went to the front of the salon which was easy to find on my navigation app. Big parking lot. I picked up a 10 ounce bar of soap for about $9.90. Cashier was friendly and helpful with my transaction. The inside of salon section was clean and it was very obvious where pick-up was located. I will be back again.”

“Employees are very courteous and patient. They answer all of your questions and aren't rude even though they are very young.THAT BEING SAID ordering online has been a bit of a mess. I know this isn't a review of their website but it does cause s lot of issues with in store returns, not to mention holding up the line. My most recent orders took forever to arrive to the point where I contacted customer service and they told me they were lost and would RESEND even though I didn't want them to.When the items finally arrived and I tried to return, some items could not be returned. Idk if I have already been refunded for those it's because I did not see a refund in my bank account for those particular items.Refunds also take about a week to process if you pay with credit card which is really annoying. I felt really bad for the employee that helped me today because he was really confused (so was I) so I just left with the items he couldn't return so I wouldn't hold up the line.”

I stumbled on this place looking for vintage clothes for my daughter's 1980's themed party at school not realizing they are a wholesale shop. Although they don't typically retail, they didn't want to turn my daughter away so they found her a perfect 1980's outfit and were pleasant the whole time. What a great experience and my daughter could not be more thrilled. I wish they had a retail space because it seems the schools do themed parties pretty often around here. I can't recommend for walk ins because it's not their business model but if you have wholesale needs then I can't recommend strongly enough. Give them a try!”

Stopped by to return some items and was assisted by Daniel, seeing my physical limitations he quickly assisted me with the returning the items and forwarding funds back to my bank account with 1,2,3…You’re all set! Thank you so much Daniel for your understanding and compassion and kindness to help out your customers and making things much easier for me…This wasn’t my only time I’d see Daniel? I’m getting things ready for my back surgery and needed a few items like great P.J’s and so on a cozy pillow to keep me warm during my hospital stays and goodnesses found everything down to the lucky stone I found in their jewelry dept. Mom and her best friend assisting me were ready to go…I took my time enjoy the jewelry pieces and there I met Erika who assisted me with buying my momma a beautiful ring and the one I truly loved for myself…Erika was extremely patient and helpful during my picking and trying on of certain pieces…finally decided for the right ones and momma had the opportunity to try her ring which fitted just right, Erika was helpful and attentive to my needs there …I asked for credit approval to get an additional discount opening the account. I saw her smile ? get bigger when I said yes let’s do this! Their system had a few cliches and Erika need help in the dept. Mariela was called over to help with imputing my data to get pre-approved! I was waiting patiently poor Mariela tried and tried until finally the system was up and running and was able to key in everything by hand scanner wasn’t working…Her professionalism was extremely noticeable and appreciated during the long waiting period. I was a bit worried that mom had already paid for my other items and I was still in jewelry dept. Finishing getting approved. Mariela assured me not to worry they could return all the items again back to the card that made purchase and then ring it up to the new one that I just opened and applied all the discounts on total items not just jewelry…who doesn’t like savings! That’s where Daniel returns to this story , greeting me super friendly since we had met earlier and he handle everything super professional and extremely helpful and caring was outstanding in making sure …I’d left their store super happy and also asking me what was wrong…wished me the best of luck and prompt recovery from upcoming surgery and “That’s why I love doing what I do best…being kind and appreciative to those who go the extra mile to help me and make my experience worthwhile and leave with a feeling of grateful gratitude!
