“So thankful to have came across this place. we went to a few other tux "rentals" and they didn't want rent us the tuxedo we were interested in, but rather sell it to us. I called the shop hoping they had a burgundy tuxedo for rent and the gentleman said they had some available. We stopped by thereafter and Joe immediately got to work on my Fiancé. He took his measurements and made him try on a couple pieces as well as shoes. I don't think we were in there for more than 15 minutes ! We gladly left our deposit and were so happy with our experience at Rent a Tux. Another weight taken off our shoulders in our wedding planning. Thank you Joe! I was writing the review as we left the shop on Friday and we got hit by a car :/”

“They are a wholesale shop with a massive selection, friendly & professional staff, and great prices. They are capable of delivering worldwide or next door for any of your wholesale needs. I stumbled on this place looking for vintage clothes for my daughter's 1980's themed party at school not realizing they are a wholesale shop. Although they don't typically retail, they didn't want to turn my daughter away so they found her a perfect 1980's outfit and were pleasant the whole time. What a great experience and my daughter could not be more thrilled. I wish they had a retail space because it seems the schools do themed parties pretty often around here. I can't recommend for walk ins because it's not their business model but if you have wholesale needs then I can't recommend strongly enough. Give them a try!”

“Employees are very courteous and patient. They answer all of your questions and aren't rude even though they are very young.THAT BEING SAID ordering online has been a bit of a mess. I know this isn't a review of their website but it does cause s lot of issues with in store returns, not to mention holding up the line. My most recent orders took forever to arrive to the point where I contacted customer service and they told me they were lost and would RESEND even though I didn't want them to.When the items finally arrived and I tried to return, some items could not be returned. Idk if I have already been refunded for those it's because I did not see a refund in my bank account for those particular items.Refunds also take about a week to process if you pay with credit card which is really annoying. I felt really bad for the employee that helped me today because he was really confused (so was I) so I just left with the items he couldn't return so I wouldn't hold up the line.”
