“My brother and I went to this place for the first time, and it's a real good shoe store.
The service was great. Two employees (I think their names were Josh and Joey) would ask if everything was alright and if we liked the shoes. They were super kind and super cool.
The variety was insane. The amount of styles, sizes, and colors of any and all shoe brands were incredible.
If I had one critique, it would be the pricing.
Other than that, I recommend you Foot Locker, the best shoe store in Downey.”

“I bought my wife a pair of Adidas superstars in the Journey in Temecula as a surprise when I got home in Bell Gardens, which is 1 40 min away , come to find out my wife is a size 8 not 8.5 so I look up the closest journey to me and there is a journey in Stonewood mall in Downey ,went there preparing for a fight. I was sure because I bought in another store, they would not exchange them to a size 8.0 , literally was there for 10 min I had zero issues the staff was understanding and so awesome ? I will continue to shop there for shoes keep up the good work guys. 5 stars ?”
“A great shoe store. Different styles of shoes for everyone. I came in for a pair of dress shoes for a wedding. I ordered mine online and picked it up in store, since I was planning on buying my nephew a pair. Came in and looked for his dress shoes and we found a good pair in the clearance section, I was happily surprised to get half of the shoes. I purchased his, picked mine up, tried mine on, and was good to go. I would suggest coming in or purchasing online.”

“I wanted to check out some window hardware, the manager was very helpful, Eddie, he also gave me more time since it was just about departure time for him, and I had to use the bathroom. Then the next manager Just, a women was also just as friendly, both in lending me a plastic bag and giving me time to explain what I was thinking twice.The Charlotte Russe, items and displays are important to the store overall impressions to the outside world. I am aware of the important to improve the look on the inside and that is the reason for my visit.One good thing is that quality store looking glass and floors is on everyone's mind, everyone loves clean windows.”

“My daughter mentioned there was a great shoe store near Downey, I had to come and check it out for myself. I became a regular Henry's girl now. Most of the reviews are great and they are not exaggerating, I've found a couple of Prada, Kate Spade, Cole Haan and many other top designer brands for like 50% to 60% discount compared to Marshalls and outlets. The girls that are usually there are nice and helpful”
