Fitting rooms closed due to COVID (totally understandable) but they didn’t extend/update their return policy. No refunds whatsoever and no returns after 30 days? Good for business, terrible for customers, especially if you consider self quarantine guidelines.
I asked them to put something on hold cause there was a line and my movie was starting. I go back after the movie to buy the shirts and they sold them... like what? Ya’ll need better workers.
Hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes they wanna be nice other times they are stuck up. Came to the exchange some shorts that didn't fit but they wouldn't do it because I can 2 days after the 30 day window. All of there clothes are super expensive as well, save your money and go somewhere else !
