“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. That was the first surprising thing since these days it's so hard getting to a live person. He politely quoted me over the phone and since I was coming from nearly 30mins away, he said he'd be willing to wait for me past the 5pm closing. We got there a few minutes after 5pm, and he still patiently answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all, and he didn't give us any attitude when we still had a bunch of questions. He even called his boss to ask if they could make an exception to their return policy in case it didn't fit (they couldn't). Jason is seriously a refreshing face to the retail sales experience.
