JCPenney is a large retailer offering apparel, home furnishings, and beauty products. The main store is great, with decent prices and good signage. Customer service is usually great, with friendly and helpful cashiers and employees who assist with questions and sizing. The cosmetics department provides excellent service with quality products. The store carries a wide range of sizes, which is appreciated. Shopping via the app or online with options for free shipping and curbside pickup is suggested; curbside can be quick or involve a bit of a wait. However, there can be issues. Sometimes there isn't an employee specifically on the floor to help. Finding the restroom is difficult. More checkout registers need to be open and available to allow for multiple coupon transactions.
I love this store, it has everything, clothes for children, seniors, young people, ladies, there is jewelry, children's shoes, tennis shoes, cosmetics, handbags, electrical appliances, mattresses, furniture, curtains and more.
