“I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less.I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!”

“This place was a lifesaver! My friend's car broke down due to overheating. I called in, and a gentleman named Jeff answered quickly to let me know if they had coolant for her Jeep. It was near closing, so I was moving quickly. He answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable about potential issues, and let me know the parts needed. He offered to help me if I needed any further assistance with putting in the part. I did end up needing help, and he stopped by to help me install a temporary fix to the car issue. I am very grateful for his help and that he was able to help get my friend home safely. Thank goodness for people like Jeff and for keeping this man working at O'Reilly's. I am grateful!”

“Best customer service I've ever received. Ordered two Full Throttle Batteries online from them, and realized since they were back ordered I might not receive them in time for my install appointment. I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. “Thankfully this auto parts store is open later than most others. The o Reilly that's closer to my house closes 2 hours before this location. I was in need of a new battery for my car key, and the employee (shout out to Pablo) at the front really helped with the installation. I've never had to replace the battery in my car key before so if it weren't for him I would have had a hard time at home. After finishing the installation, Pablo showed me recommendations on the computer for if I were to replace the key altogether, so that's an option I might look into for the future. Great customer service.”

“My car air conditioner was working.Tonight, I needed to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store to buy the "Oil with Dye" for the car airconditioner.My mechanic wanted me to buy it so he could check what part of the air conditioning system was not working.When I arrived at their parking lot, they had plenty of parking spaces.I went inside of the store. The store waspretty small and it was very clean.I found the " Oil with Dye" in the front ofthe cashier. The cashier, the young lady was friendly and attentive.I used to come to this store a couple of years ago. I remembered a young man who helped me when my car radiator capwas broken. I bought the wrong size of the radiator cap before so it didn't fit onthe radiator. He helped me to find the correct size of the radiator cap. He wasso nice that he went outside with me.And he checked my car radiator cap.I found out that he didn't work at thestore anymore.I liked this store because all the people were helpful and knowledgeable about the auto parts. That is the reason that Ialways come to the O'Reilly Auto Partsstore.”
