“I meant to leave this review before but kept forgetting due to being busy with life and kept spacing it but I'm actively making an excellent review for this beyond excellent auto bodyshop.As a woman, it's hard to find an auto bodyshop where you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of on repairs, money and overall, being tossed around about your car. I've been here before and have absolutely loved the service I've received from Steven and his dad (the two that run the shop) and about a month ago, I got in a car accident on Firestone in Downey, called my insurance company and gave them Steven's number to fix my vehicle. Steven has been responsive to my texts and calls, not just to me but with my insurance company, he also has been very accommodating to getting work done on my car, as soon as possible, he's even called me to give me an update on my car and when it should be done by. I got my car back today and I'm so happy with the results! It looks like when I first bought my car! Can't even tell I was in a car accident. You can tell him and his dad fixed every detail on my car. On top of it all, he washed my car and clean the inside for me! These men are wonderful men and I fully trust them! The value for what you get at their shop is beyond perfection. On top of it all, they're polite, nice and humble.I'm planning on moving to Long Beach in April and I plan to still have them fix my car even when I no longer live in Downey, it's such a relief to find people who you can trust with your car and not feel taken advantage of.Thank you both for everything! 10/10 recommend them.”
