“I bought some jeans online for my daughter who's 5 years old and they're way too long. Came to Yelp for suggestions and saw Marcks Couture and I called to book an appointment.... I was then informed to come by and take the items and my daughter for measurements. When we arrive, the team were busy on each other's project and I was embarrassed to even push getting mine done since mine is a small project.Anthony was very accomodating yesterday though including his pArtner. Took my daughter's length for pants and off we go!My phone rang the next day! I was thinking " what's wrong with the items?" But no... the job was done quickly and efficiently. Impressively done perfectly in a short notice! Now I know where to go for any alterations for our clothes. Happy Customer here!!”

Then one checker will just up and leave. No note, just close. Then al of us in line had to wait while all three people are behind the enclosed yappy and laughing. Please train them to be more customers friendly. Even the ones in the aisles won't ask if you need help.”
