“Most employees are the most unpleasant. If you talk to them, they'll answer but the find time to talk amongst themselves. Especially at the checkout. Long lines there, customers waiting. Then one checker will just up and leave. No note, just close. Then al of us in line had to wait while all three people are behind the enclosed yappy and laughing. Please train them to be more customers friendly. Even the ones in the aisles won't ask if you need help.”

“I had placed an order for a funeral arrangement for a friend's mother at another flower shop. I received a phone call 6 hours later that my order had to be cancelled. I called the Fernando's Flower Shop and Raymond was able to fulfill the order. He also told me that he knew my friend's mother and suggested flowers that he would use. I always appreciate a business who can help customers at a pinch and have empathy for your situation. I have friends who live in this area and will come here again for any future needs.”
