Some time ago I rented a U haul truck at this place. Joel (the general manager) showed up late, did not excuse himself for make me wait outside the fence in the cold and was very rude. I could give them zero stars if I could.

I don’t even know how to start. I had a very great experience with this storage location. First and foremost, I salute Joel for what he does. Joel is very awesome and exceptional. He is there for me when I needed anything or questions about my unit. One time, I noticed that my unit has a small hole on the roof and was worried if it rains. I let Joel know the situation because the next day will be raining and on that time, unfortunately the maintenance guy wasn’t on service but because it will be raining on the next day, Joel had to fix it by himself. He’s passion and everything he does is quite extraordinary. He cares about us, customers. I recommend this storage and definitely look for Joel he will take care of you to have a smooth moving transition. If I can select 6 stars, definitely I will give it to Joel. He is the best! Thank you Joel for what you do.

I would strongly recommend Storemore America in Delano Ca 93215. Customer service is exceptional. I am 61 years old . Joel was very patient with me. He explained in detail what was available to me size price range etc. I rented two large units and am satisfied that all my storage needs were met Thank you Joel ?

Walked in just for some questions regarding a storage unit..after talking a bit, I was convinced that Store More is the place to choose. Joel is super professional and you can tell he has a passion in what he does, amazing customer service. As soon as the unit was opened, I was shocked how nice and clean it is. Makes me feel super comfortable that I chose Store More America.
