Some time ago I rented a U haul truck at this place. Joel (the general manager) showed up late, did not excuse himself for make me wait outside the fence in the cold and was very rude. I could give them zero stars if I could.

I would strongly recommend Storemore America in Delano Ca 93215. Customer service is exceptional. I am 61 years old . Joel was very patient with me. He explained in detail what was available to me size price range etc. I rented two large units and am satisfied that all my storage needs were met Thank you Joel ?
