“I don’t even know how to start. I had a very great experience with this storage location. First and foremost, I salute Joel for what he does. Joel is very awesome and exceptional. He is there for me when I needed anything or questions about my unit. One time, I noticed that my unit has a small hole on the roof and was worried if it rains. I let Joel know the situation because the next day will be raining and on that time, unfortunately the maintenance guy wasn’t on service but because it will be raining on the next day, Joel had to fix it by himself. He’s passion and everything he does is quite extraordinary. He cares about us, customers. I recommend this storage and definitely look for Joel he will take care of you to have a smooth moving transition. If I can select 6 stars, definitely I will give it to Joel. He is the best! Thank you Joel for what you do.”
