There is completely new management of this property since those other reviews were posted. Just so everyone knows. I think it's a cute property in a nice area. Everyone seems really nice and helpful so far.

Management is horrible, the women who work in the office are super rude, unkind, and unhelpful. Wouldn't ever live here again. There are much nicer places right up the street (aspen village, for one). The apartment plans are really bad and dark and depressing, on top of everything. Don't live here !

Ive been living here for the past two years and I love it. The management is really good, quick to respond and nice and friendly. I love going into the office for snacks and they really make you feel welcome. Also maintancence requests have always been fullfilled in a timely manner. Love it here!
