I’ve lived here for 3 years. It has been a wonderful place. Affordable, incredible staff, and a convenient location. I will truly miss this place. Note that you must be a UC Davis student to live here.

I love living at this place! :) The management has organized a lot of activities throughout the year such as Halloween decoration, sign making, or Christmas gift wrapping... etc. ^,^

I mistakenly put a lower review for this place earlier. This place is wonderful, the staff is extremely welcoming. They made our lease signing as pleasant as possible, and they have candy!!
