Pretty comfy apartment. Easy walk to Safeway and bus stop. With new management company in mid 2023 lots of turmoil. Now they seem to nickle and dime tenants with new fees for insurance, utilities, garbage and very strict about how and when rent is paid.

Alot of area in home. The landlord/realtors respond back quick enough. The Pool works.It's safe enough for animals to be outside. Shade everywhere keeps it kinda cool.It's been nice.

Beautiful complex and the staff is FANTASTIC! The gym is such a nice bonus for us and I can't say enough about the staff, really. They're great.
