Honestly what makes this apartment corporation so awesome is Tom. He is HANDS DOWN the BEST landlord I have ever had! Super accommodating, supportive, and prompt! (no exaggeration, my friends are literally jealous of how good of a landlord I have).

Great location! Easy bike ride to campus or downtown, and ride across the street from the park. Quiet property and love the garden plots available for tenants. New manager Erin is great.

Love living here. Lived here for over a year. The management is great and always prompt if we ever have a problem. Beautiful complex.
