“Had to do a livescan and this is the place to go in Daly City. (Helps too since you can get get great Korean food a few feet away at Barts) It’s a family run business with great customer service. Kidus was very patient with me as doing livescans can be very fickle. Will probably return for my shipping needs too.”
“Very friendly staff. No line when I went. Efficient service.Only complaint was that parking on this street is very limited and there are many businesses (and the post office doesn't have its own designated parking).Also, it was hard to find because there's no sign at the top like there were for other businesses. Look for the hair salon next to it or the US flag.”
“This UPS store runs quite efficiently handling return packages. The store staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Conveniently located and can get done shipping without waiting most of the time.”
“We made a passport appointment online for a weekday during July. Efficient service and the picturing-taking was easy. They print the photos right there. We had three 15-minute appointments scheduled back to back, but we were out of there early in the time it would take for two appointments. Thank you!”

I'm happy to see this place is still alive and kicking. It looks like they've cut their hours significantly.
Overall, the place is clean and not too busy. When I came to get a receipt for a package, I was dropping off at the window. There was no one there, but as soon as I said, "Hello," someone came running. She was super helpful and nice. Parking is very hard here that's why people always tend to double park ?♀️”
“UPS gets a ton of Amazon returns, and sometimes it can get really busy for those employees. This one I had gone to return a few of my items. The woman working was the only one there with 8 or 9 folks waiting in line and helping two customers at the same time with different needs. Myself with having to print labels for Amazon and another person who needed to have documents placed into pdf format. She was a Superstar! She handled everything tactfully.My review isn't of the store, but the woman who worked there late on October 12th, 2023. I hope she sees this and understands she did a great job.”
