6255 Mission St, Daly City“I’m finally reaching my strength potential and it’s thanks to strength camp! I tried the 6 -week challenge and I’m so grateful I did. I’m much stronger and it shows! I lost 3 inches in my waist and am significantly more toned. If you want to try the 6- week challenge, be open to communicate. I have some health concerns, which I made a point to share so the team could do their best to accommodate. I go to the early classes and people are more groggy at that time, but I don’t mind. If you want a more upbeat crowd, you can easily find that in the afternoon and evening classes. In regard to the 6-week challenge, it is more about building strength than quick results. You will get results for sure and I’m happy with mine, because now it’s so much easier for me to continue to burn fat, be strong and look great. Once you lift heavy and stay consistent the results start to pour in. I’ve tried other gyms and personal trainers in the past 10 years. I know they tried their best, but most places weren’t challenging enough for me and I would go back to working out on my own or at home. Jeremy is excellent and really cares about helping you. He’s the right person for the job. Patrick is also so on point. He will make sure you do your exercises right- which I love! I’m not here just to say I worked out. I want results! All the trainers are great and seem to attract a community of good people. I am staying with strength camp and excited to see how far I can go!”
“This gym is a cut above the rest. Every gym has machines and heavy things. The difference is in the staff and operations. The staff is friendly and helpful. They clean the gym constantly and take pride in their work and it shows.”

“I work out here quite often, and each time I come in, everyone is courteous of one another, and everyone cleans up after themselves.
The last gym I used to go to didn't have much equipment and a bunch of weirdos would hang around. And as a woman who works out alone most of the time, that never made me feel safe.
But, I enjoy working out here because it's kept clean, there's plenty of equipment, and I feel safe coming to workout by myself.”
