“The store has a lot of cute stuff most at a bargain price. The workers are nice.I still have a hard time with the price stickers that are in yen mostly because the writing is so small. Parking kind of sucks on that side of serramonte but that's not why I didn't put 5 stars. The reason for that is no bathroom. Sure I get that ppl try to steal stuff in bathrooms or do drugs but the majority of us are not using it for that and it feels kind of not customer friendly for representing a culture , Japanese that is big on hygiene and politeness.”

“Fairly organized store with a good selection.

They need to do something about the checkout line. It should not be a place where returns are processed, as it hacks up the line. I was in like for 25 minutes yesterday.”

“If you want to buy cheaper branded and not so popular brand products, this is the shop to you.
Of course, you needed to spend more time to look for the products you like.

I came here with family members and while they are shopping, i just walked around the shop and i was able to find two bags, and two other items that I like”

“I usually go to the Sloat in SF because it's closer but coming out this way made the trip worth it . The variety is larger and I found items they don't have at Sloat and I ended up getting more than I was searching for but didn't want to pass up”

“I’m giving 5 star solely because of Daniel. I always see him running around helping customers, opening locked products with urgency. He is an all star in this store in my opinion.”

“This ross is very neat and well presented with all merchandises. The line is fast in Cashier registers. They are very helpful for my concerns. I definitely will be back to shop here.”

“This Macy's location has lots of parking, it is easy to get to because it is right off the freeway. There are always sales going on, so it is pretty easy to find what you're looking for at a reasonable price. There are two floors in this department store. My favorite section is on the second floor and it's called "Backstage" and that's where all the discounted items are. I recommend checking it out because there is always something new for such good prices. The downside to this store is sometimes they seem understaffed maybe, because I have had numerous issues with trying to find someone to help me if I have questions. And there aren't a lots of cashiers open. Buy if you go on a slow day, you can be in and out in a reasonable amount of time.”

“Without this Target I wouldn't be able to get my ice chest with ice last minute, variety pack of Celsius, other essentials. I dropped in here once just for pillow cases. NO OTHER store in the area offers what Target does. And there's self checkout which I LOVE.”

“Burlington has an amazing collection of clothes for men and women and kids. The store employees are really sweet and helpful. I found many jackets and shirts and hoodies for men that were very comfortable and decently priced. The queue for billing was not a lot when I went. Good clothes and good prices!”

“I like this MACY'S a lot. The jewelry department is excellent. I buy jewelry here almost exclusively. They have pay-over-time with a MACY'S card and Jewelry Repair ‍ Plans, which I highly recommend. If you gain and lose weight a lot, the jewelry repair plan allows you to get your rings sized for free. Most of the staff there in jewelry are really nice and helpful, but it is sometimes understaffed and you might have to wait a little to get assistance with your purchases. But when the associates are helping you, they focus on you, not on trying to do a bunch of things at once, or helping a bunch of people at once, which is refreshing. Whenever I've had a return or an exchange or need my jewelry serviced, they are always helpful, including the department manager, he's a good guy.The candy section is undersized and could use some improvement, especially their nearly non-existent Godiva section. If you want a Godiva selection, hit the MACY'S in San Mateo, they have a lot of good selections over there. The makeup departments there are great, I got one of them to do my wedding makeup . This was a few years' back, but if you buy some makeup, it's free.My only other grouse is that sometimes later in the evening, before closing, there is not enough staff to go around, really. Also, for you jewelry fans like myself, be aware that the Jewelry Department closes 1 hour before the store does.”
