“They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”
“I needed a back windshield repair the next day and they were able to squeeze me in the following morning. Someone emailed me right away during off hours. Thomas was cool, very friendly, and nice. He finished the repair quickly in an hour. He cleaned up very well and provided great instructions of how to take care of the windshield post installation. The final quote was cheaper than the bigger named companies. I recommend them if you need any windshield repairs.”

Prices seem fair too, one time my window was stuck down and I couldn't afford for them to fix it permanently but they gratuitously got it to stay up at no charge!! I was very grateful.”
“Had my car window broken last night. I was recommended this shop by an Auto repair company. I called and they said they could take care of it. I brought my car into their auto glass shop. They fixed the window and cleaned the broken glass but also noted other damages they found, all within the same day. It only took 1 hr of time. They were respectful and quick and did a great job with replacing the broken window.”
“My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

“Wow!! I called over this past weekend and they were closed but I thought let me try anyhow. They actually reached out to me on Monday 1/29 and I hadn't least a voice mail but did notice that they missed my call. I have a 2017 Lexus NX200T and got a nick on the front shield from something while driving. Of course safety first so I wanted to see if it could be repaired as it was less than 1.5 inches and not all the way through the glass/ I brought it into a place in Daly City and they said no unrepairable and quoted me $400 to replace the front windshield. Lexus dealership quoted me $982 without labor for the windshield without seeing it all. This company asked for pictures, spoke with their technician and reassured me that for now we are ok. It's called "surface putting" and so minute not even something to repair. I got lucky thankfully!! The nick hadn't even broken the plane of the glass therefore it's still safe and unnecessary to do anything at this time. Their communication was excellent and it's refreshing to work with honest people not just trying to make a buck or taking advantage of you! So while I didn't use their service the time, effort, professionalism, and communication that came with this company is undeniable. Thank you for saving me some money!!”

Derek was informative and genuine, which is a hard thing to find I believe in the auto repair world. Any time I texted or called, Derek was there to answer my questions or concerns. I also got my car back two days earlier than expected so all in all, it was the best experience I have had in San Francisco for auto repair since I moved here.”

“Best in town. They have fixed multiple cars for me before. Their shop is located at a very good location in Burlingame. Very reasonable price as well and the service is really good here. My new car got a rock chip on the way home after I picked it up. But they were able to take us in right away without an appointment and they got everything fixed under 15 mins! Highly recommended if you're looking for a windshield repair place in the peninsula.”

“This review is long overdue! I got in an accident ( my fault no other car involved ) my car was in drivable !I thought it was totaled. Fortunately I was towed to A&J . They were so kind I had so much damage! They sent me home in an Uber free of charge !They did an estimate. I left my car for about a week .When I went to pick it it up I was elated my car looked like it was brand new ! These guys are artists! So professional and the best customer service !”

Ben came out to talk to me, asked about the issues I was having, and diagnosed the issue. I left my car there over night and the problem was fixed the next day. My window was also broken and they fixed that for less than what I was I quoted for at another shop. Grateful for their help during a difficult time and would absolutely recommend them.
