Extremely helpful staff. When I visit other Branches they can’t solve any of my requests however Linda Wong (Manager at the Daly City location) has always done everything possible to give me detailed information and solve every question and issue I have. Thanks

The staff does good work even though retention of workers has been difficult. The management team is excellent.

I just opened new accounts at the BOW Westlake branch. Both Linda and Alicia were very professional and pleasant to work with. We have been banking at Sterling in Westlake, where I have, for years, had the strong sense they hate it when you come in. Even the parking and ATM is 100% easier at BOW.
