“Had an absolutely amazing experience with Marta and her shop at Colma. They were incredibly detailed in the work they performed and did so ahead of schedule. The work they performed looked incredible, almost as if the car looks brand new.
What I enjoyed best was the transparent communication with Marta/team, how consistent they were in their communication (even when dealing with me and my partner) and how they made me feel comfortable every step of the way to ensure this didn’t disrupt our lives.

“The team at Fix Auto took my car in around the holidays 2025. The work was not too crazy, but I had smashed the front of my Lexus RX 350 pretty good requiring the hood and front end plastic to all be replaced. Since it was Christmas my kids were home from college and we needed the car badly. The owner said she would do what they could to get it to me right away. They were very friendly. Well, in short, they did and I received my car back in a week. Thank you Fix Auto! You did a great job!”

“My husband got into an accident and I was driving my baby around with a hideous dent and finally insurance referred me to this shop. They did an excellent job my baby girl looks just like how she did when I first got her. At first I was upset about how long it took for my car to be ready but my husband reassured me that it’s common amongst body shops. My only reason for a 4 star review is because when I requested a quote on a small dent I got from someone who hit my car and left, they quoted me $1200, which I felt was a lot for something so small. But overall I had a good experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and patient with me. Also, just wanted to publicly apologize for being so mad at them for taking so long. But definitely worth it. I appreciate that they wanted the job to be done perfectly. And it was.”

“I called them before buying a battery for my 2008 Lexus. I had a choice between Costco and O'Reilly. Costco has interstate batteries with decreased quality, and O'Reilly's battery was pretty pricey. The best option was Napa Auto. What impressed me was when I went there, the employee asked me what I needed, and I said battery for Lexus, and he already had it ready. It made the checkout process friendly and enjoyable because I was also impressed by the amount of liquid moly products they have for European cars. I would recommend them the only thing is parking in the area can be a pain, but you would love the service you get from them.”
