“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. Don’t get stuck with a worthless membership when you can call these guys and get the job done so you can move on. Thanks again!!”

I did have to wait about 1 hour but it was better than other companies that were offered with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours . When I called dispatch to get an Eta , I got through right away and the dispatcher was kind and informative. Anthony , my tow guy , was very friendly and courteous. “Tonight, I needed assistance with a flat tire. Chris Pacheco called only about 5 minutes after I placed the request via AAA, to let me know that he was on his way. Sure enough, after less than another ten minutes, he arrived. He greeted me with a smile, and he got right to work on helping to replace the very flat tire with my spare. Because nothing is ever just-that-simple, accessing the spare required a tool that I didn't have in the car with me, so he figured out a way to lower the spare safely. Within only a few more minutes, he had finished everything, correctly, neatly, and completely. All the while, his demeanor was friendly, professional, very competent, and reassuring. Highest rating for the technician and for this service!”

As we waited the sun was about to set and I was concerned with where we were, in a questionable part of South LA and our car insurance company could not guarantee an ETA. So I decided to take the chance of looking for a tow company nearby and I'm so glad to have found Munoz Towing. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came exactly as they estimated their ETA. Was thoughtful enough to see if there was any quick fix before loading the car. And even waited with us for my kids and I to safely catch our Uber before heading out to the auto shop. The paperwork for our insurance was efficiently handled and it was the most stress free experience in a stressful situation. Their fee was also very reasonable. Thank you Munoz towing for your help.
