On top of providing the customer service I would have expected, Julian has a way of being immersed into the intent/mind-frame of the customer (me). Thus, bringing the customer to the most optimal and logical program/plan for their specific needs. Lastly, as a teacher, I always tell my students that you don't have to be very dramatic and theatrical to be enthusiastic about something. The purpose of being enthusiastic is to hopefully bring the listener (or in this case the customer), to do business with AT&T and also encourage the customer to be hungry for knowledge beyond the payments and numbers on the bill.Julian effortlessly did all of the above with a peaceful demeanor.
