On top of providing the customer service I would have expected, Julian has a way of being immersed into the intent/mind-frame of the customer (me). Thus, bringing the customer to the most optimal and logical program/plan for their specific needs. Lastly, as a teacher, I always tell my students that you don't have to be very dramatic and theatrical to be enthusiastic about something.
