“Henry sat with my husband for an hour explaining all our options regarding a new transmission. No pressure told us go home & let him know our decision. 2 weeks later we dropped off the car. I went out of town so it was convenient to leave the car at this time. Turns out it wasn't our transmission but the catalytic converter. Some mechanics woulda said both had to be replaced but not Henry. He called my husband even on his vacation to explain everything that Henry Jr had discovered & made sure to go over everything step by step. The car was finished before I returned from Texas, even washed, vacuumed, my tires shined & it smelled great. Since my husband is disabled & has only one leg, Henry & Anna brought the car home for him & even brought in boxes I had sent home from Texas. The whole family went above & beyond to make this an experience that has left us with a renewed hope that there are still good & honest people who really care. “I have been at the CityWide Auto Care for a couple of times for oil change, brake pads and rotor services. The service was decent and at a fair price. I had little idea of auto work, but worked previously with a manufacturing company, I got the same feeling of efficient shop floor, well organized tools, and equipment. The communication with the shop manager was clear and straightforward. The shop managers always came out himself to check on my vehicle with quick conversation to understand what was going on, but no other sales talk as I would have from big-name tire centers. The manager always asked if I would need transportation. I will come back for my future maintenance and repair needs.”

So I came here initially just for the oil change, I had Mundo look at a number of different things I know I need to repair it on my car. He definitely wasn't trying to upsell me and actually told me a few things that I didn't need that I thought I did.
Bottom line, I got my car back the same day with numerous things fixed and replaced and I absolutely would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back here for more service.”

“I've gotten new rims recently and was lost where to go for tires, fitment, and etc. I've called many different tire places and they either was too expensive (1000 for some off brand tires) or didn't even offer to help because I had a coilovers. So after calling around, I ended up calling here. When I called, Tony picked up and he was really friendly and helpful, telling all the steps he was going to take to get me a right tire and right fitment, of course while asking for my decision. Tony also gave me many different choices on tires and pricing was very reasonable. I really recommend this place if you just picked up new rims and wanting to get right fitment with good priced tires, or even just getting a new set of tires.”
