I rely on Staples for all my office supply needs. When I use Staples, I have the product in my hand when I leave the store. I can't say the same for purchases from online retailers.

I went to staples to bring a return (Happy returns)..it was so easy compared to the Post office...no lines and friendly cashiers!!! What a concept!!!

Friendly, listening for customer needs and preferences, non-pushy attitude, taking the time. Helping us to determine that the chair would fit in our car before continuing the sales pitch.
