I go there to drop off packages all the time. They are always quick and rarely any waiting.

The white guy with the beard seems to be the manager and is so quick and helpful. I come to this location all the way from Cambrian park because the Bascom location is so slow. I see a lot of comments about the Indian lady, but she is fast and knowledgeable. They just have a shortage of products.

Don't go to this location. I shipped a $250 worth of cat tree return in this location and it never arrived! I never got the refund from the manufacturer due to the incompetence of an employee in this location.
