“Very wonderful staff!Unfortunately, we could only get cold water and frigid air at the wash station, and our dog, Rin was not happy. Upper management needs to update the self pet-wash system! Staff were so nice, and helpful even though we were frustrated with the cold water. We will definitely go back for shopping, just not for baths.”

“I frequent Unleashed by Petco often while out walking my furry companion. The staff here is always welcoming and ready to provide basic training tips. They also spoil my dog with occasional treats which we both appreciate. It’s nice to have access to their restroom and a water fountain for my dog during our visits. The store boasts a well-stocked inventory, catering to a variety of pet needs. I’m always on the lookout for their clearance sales which offer great deals. Plus, they match online prices, making shopping here a pleasant and economical experience. Highly recommend for all pet owners!”

“I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!”
“Their staff at this location is super helpful and professional. I was trying to find out if the store carries a specific brand for my Rottie. I gave them a call just to double check their inventory before I made my way to the store. “I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. “This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”
“Clean and pleasant looking store. It's small, sadly none to very little options for kitten for food. Went to get specific brand kitten food but don't have any. I did get some freeze dried chicken that's okay with kitten, just it's not specialized kitten food. I looked through meal, treats, canned food, 99.9% don't explicitly mention it's for kitten, and I don't have time to read through the fine prints. Staff are nice pointed out freeze dried food that's okay for kitten for me. He's 3 months old now, I will go back to get adult cat food once it's time, I like the adult cat food options there. otherwise, convenient location for other random things for the kitten for now.”

“Pet People is the perfect (ahem, purrfect) neighborhood pet store! I was wandering around town with my little shiba and came across this gem. Prices are fair, similar to the big chains, and staff are all so helpful and welcoming. There's a loyalty program and samples galore sprinkled throughout the store. These samples are pretty generous. I felt like I hit the jackpot whenever I came across one - it was like a scavenger hunt. I also found interesting items that I haven't seen elsewhere, so was excited to try them out. Case in point, I got a little toy that could also work as a slow feeder for my cat. Love this place and will most definitely pop by whenever I'm in the area.”

“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”
“amazing customer service and SUPER big selection!! ive been fond of this place for years. theyve moved from the alameda but its such a great place for anything you might need. we needed some light decoration for our small spider and had a lot to look at. I also found out mother wanted to help her neighborhood and neuter some of the fellow cats around that she cares actively for; they even rent traps to gently and safely do so!! lovely to see a shop like this”
“The store's aesthetic was sooo cute! We purchased a bunch of velvet harnesses/collars/leashes! Kota, in the pictures, is about 70 lbs, and the size XL fit him for the collar! I love how they have matching fits you can purchase for you and your pup, however I wish they had more clothes for bigger dogs. I didn't really see any.”

“Friendly employees who seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. She was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions.They have a wide variety of pet foods and pet toys, accessories and beds. There is plenty of parking. “We just had our standard poodle cut by Teyerra and she did an outstanding job. We are pretty picky with how we like our dog groomed and she followed our requests spot on. Honestly, this is probably one of the better hair cuts he has ever had (and we have tried a lot of places.). The icing on the cake is that our dog seemed very happy when we picked him up. We will DEFINITELY be coming back when it's time for his next trim!”
“Ended up going to this store last minute as it was one of two places in the area that had dog cakes pre-made. My puppy turned 14 so this shop saved the day! I was first greeted by such sweet staff. Both of them were quick to assist and offered different options of cakes and birthday hats for my pup! Besides the cakes, this store has everything you could possibly need! Our 14th Bday that we celebrated for my furry baby was amazing! She enjoyed the cake and it was definitely a memorable evening!”

I went in looking for a heat lamp and found it easily, where other brand stores didn't have that product in that I needed at all. Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. “We took our pug, Lucy, and dachshund, Neon, to get nail trimming at TRIM Dog Grooming & Food place. At first, we were hesitant because the pug gets so anxious and usually requires medication to calm her nerves before going to our vet for nail trimming. Our appointment with Yuko and the entire staff was an amazing experience. The staff was warm and welcoming and the facilities were very nice and clean. The boutique has treats, and a wide variety of gourmet and dietary foods. We will be sure to come back to TRIM Dog Grooming & Food. Thank you Yuko and the entire staff for making our first time visit so special.”

I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. “We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”

“This is my go to for my pets needs. I can purchase bird food, snacks or accessories for their cages. They have good quality millet that my parakeet enjoys. He is not fond of the packaged millet. I also purchase food for my koi. We mix two different packages for variety. One is for color maintenance and the other is for essential nutrients. I also like to buy the wild bird food for my bird feeder. I have random varieties of birds that pass through my back yard.”
