“This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”

“I got my chihuahua mix in 2011 when it was downtown. My dog is kind of a finicky eater and I finally got her to eat fresh pet in the rolls but every where else they are all sold out. A really nice Lady took my name and number and ordered some for me. She said they will call me on Thursday. Perfect because I just have enough food to last. They will let me order every week or month now so I will never run out and I don’t have to pay the high delivery fee I was paying. They are soNice at Andy’s she gave my dog a treat while we were talking”

“Very wonderful staff!Unfortunately, we could only get cold water and frigid air at the wash station, and our dog, Rin was not happy. Upper management needs to update the self pet-wash system! Staff were so nice, and helpful even though we were frustrated with the cold water. We will definitely go back for shopping, just not for baths.”

“I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!”

“I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. The staff are helpful and kind.”

“Cute little shop in Japan town! They have a large and diverse selection of treats you usually do not see anywhere else! Different small brands and unique proteins! Lots of cute food themed toys! Cute p*** bag holders! They have gotten a lot of new stock these days, so much to look at. “Definitely will cost you to come here, but how can you resist the cute things they have? They are 1 of 2 stores that sell dog cakes/treats and the other was closed on Mondays so I wasn't left with any other choices. I was grateful they waited for me a few minutes after closing. I made it quick and just grabbed a few things. I then made the mistake to ask if anything had peanut butter because my pup is allergic. Too bad for me, had to refund the cake and get something else for my Luna girl. They were accommodating but didn't say much. I am glad places like this exist! “I like this place because it's cozy and peaceful. It's a bit far from where I live, but I don't mind driving there when I visit LG. The fish selection is decent and the store is not crowded like other Petco's. It feels more like a local shop than a big chain. “Ren groomed my lil baby Macaroni, who is a nervous babe with strangers and dislikes being groomed. Ohhh my god she was beyond, BEYOND amazing with him! He fell in love with her, was so comfortable, relaxed, happy and excited when she was done. (Which is a completely different experience for him.) Ren also heard and respected my allergy issues to scents, which I deeply appreciated. She even gave him a new lil toy.. safe to say she's his new favorite person and mine too!
