“Eduardo, Bhuvan, Mackenzie and Angel at the front desk are all AMAZING! They truly understand what excellent customer service is all about and they genuinely care about all the guests staying at this hotel. My mom & I stayed in Room 506 from March 22 to March 24 and the team here made sure our stay was flawless from the minute we arrived. The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and the complimentary daily breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of delicious choices. The fitness center and swimming pool are top notch. We are looking forward to staying at this stunning hotel again in the near future because of the outstanding level of customer service experience we had and we know we will be taken care of by the amazing staff at the Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino.”

“One of the best maintained Residence Inn I’ve been to. Very well kept common and outdoor patio area for relaxation with BBQ for use.
Free breakfast area offers lots of choices and very well kept by a team of staff.

Nearby activities: Great location. Hotel entrance inside newly developed shopping center with lots of modern food and desert choices. Center green area offers weekend bands and activities. You don’t have to go far to have fun.”

“The hotel was ok.I was wondering why my room was not cleaned in my absence. I didn’t receive any room service in the period of time of my visit. In all other hotels, a daily room service is provided, without any indication of the hotel visitors. Disappointed.”

“Typical Marriott. I like the floor without any carpet. The garden in the middle is a really nice place to chill out in the evening. Food offerings can be improved though which is less than usual Marriott which good food is always a signature.

Rooms: Carpet-less is always the best!!

Food and drinks: Choices are much less than desired”

“We stayed here on a weekend. The location is very convenient and close to many places in the Bay Area. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly, and especially, their guest Service Supervisor, Asia was extremely nice and courteous. We will definitely be back to this place on our next visit to the Bay area. Especial thanks to Miss Asia Robinson.”

“Lots of great things about this hotel! But I feel I first need to warn guests about the chlorine level in the hot tub...strong enough to bleach our black swim suits brown & grey! Strong enough that after taking showers with soap, we could still smell it on our skin. ⚠️ Now for the positives...
PROS
*Easy to find, right off the freeway
*Quiet hotel and well-insulated rooms
*Very clean, even the floors in the room! ? (and no in-room carpeting!)
*Glass elevator with beautiful view of the pool area
*Friendly, smiling, helpful staff
*Registration desk is easy in/out & nearby, which helps if you're mobility challenged
*Fresh fruit and fruit-infused water are complimentary in the lobby
*Free continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, PB/toast, croissants, oatmeal, bagels, fruit, cereal, juice, etc.
*Pool was not cold, not too warm, and all ours!
*Ample free parking with spaces big enough to open car doors comfortably, well-lit lot
*Spacious suite-style room was a pleasant surprise
*HUGE, gorgeous full-length mirror
*Coffee maker, iron/board, fridge, blow dryer in room
*Loveseat in living area was super cozy & comfy
*Light fixtures on night stands were cute & modern, touch sensitive which was easy, with Edison bulbs
*Rain shower head was high and wide
*Bathroom had 2 sinks, a nice luxury!

...and just a few
CONS
*Hot tub capacity is 2
*Hot tub waaay too chlorinated, to "unsafe levels"
*Water fountains shown on website were empty, which was disappointing since that aesthetic was one reason we chose the hotel
*The chargers in the cool night stand lights don't work (the cord falls out, so it can't charge anything) and the outlets are either full or not conveniently located. For instance, 2 sinks in the bathroom, but only 1 outlet ?
*Orange juice at continental breakfast tasted cheap, like Tang or Sunny D. They'd be better off buying higher quality OJ and watering it down”
