It is in the building to the left once you go up the stairs and the door was unlocked when I got there. It says pick up is at 3pm and there are shipping supplies next to the box if you need them.

The map location has been updated to the correct spot where the FedEx drop box is located. It is inside the office building but the door should be unlocked during weekdays at least (not sure what times though).
