Recently the tellers at the De Anza branch helped my mother with an IRA account transfer to a brokerage firm. The contra firm demanded various documents (even though the information was included in the statement submitted), and was not being responsive to inquiries. Urmila and Charlton worked with Lina in the IRA department to fulfill the contra firm's requests and got the account trasferred successfully.
