“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you are looking for a fair, efficient, and friendly auto-body shop! The team did a fantastic job repairing severe damage to my front bumper and went above and beyond to make sure it was fully repaired by removing the glue residue that had solidified on the bumper, hood, and headlight. They even made sure to clean the inside of the car and filled up my tires with air. Camila at the front desk is great. They are a trustworthy company and I will be going back if I ever need any additional repairs done.”

“100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

The manager Vivi provided amazing service and made the entire process so quick and easy. She took care of reaching out to my insurance when needed and had thorough communication with me as well. “I brought my Acura MDX to get a quote which was very easy. I then passed it down to the insurance people and once it was ok'd by the insurance. My contact Alma emailed me and informed me it was approved. So, I made an appointment and dropped it off. The customer service and the service that was done to my car was amazing. I would highly recommend Akins Collision Center in Santa Clara. Everyone at Atkins is so friendly and welcoming. As a matter of fact, I took my Dodge Ram truck there to get some work done because I was so happy with their service. Their pricing and service is top-notch. “It's hard to believe there's such a good auto repair shop in the area nowadays. We wanted to trade in our car and get a thorough body repair. Originally, the estimate was $1750, but after the owner learned more details, he magically removed the dark scratches for me and suggested just a minor repair that would greatly improve the car's appearance for only $100. I really appreciate his generous help and would definitely recommend this place!”
“Allen went above and beyond, I was in a bad accident and had to replace all my airbags and seats. Allen fixed up my car, dealt with all the insurance details, kept giving me calls to update me about my car, and actually gave me my car back looking better than before the accident( helping out with some local scratches and paint)”
“Mike took special care of me, he was super communicative during the estimate process telling me how much it would cost and how long.
During the fix he kept me up to date. The badges were on back order but Mike took extra care reaching out to me letting me know when they came in and quickly installing them when I was available.
The office is especially nice, clean, cold and they have plenty of free drinks and goodies while you wait.

“My new Tesla Model Y has a 4 inch scratch on the side door, due to my lousy parking skill. I was given an estimate at another Tesla certified body shop. The amount quoted was too high and made me reluctantly decided to live with the scratch, until a great friend of mine recommended Xcel Collision Center. The price given was a lot lower compared to the original estimate, and the quality of repair work was simply amazing. The center was courteous and prompt in getting the work done within 2 days. Now I am back with my "new" Tesla again. I would recommend taking your Tesla body repair to Xcel Collision Center and ask for Dai.”

“Very happy with the service provided. The estimator did a thorough job and returned my car in great shape. Pricing was transparent, too. My only small complaint is that after receiving the estimation, I didn't hear back from B2 Perfection for around a month -- even though it was estimated that parts would arrive and work would begin within 2 weeks. Delays happen, but it would have been nice to get a text message update just acknowledging the delay. I actually thought my case was somehow lost because when I called to follow up, it took them a while to find my estimate (because it was from Tesla insurance). But once we got past this hiccup, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of Victor (my estimator) and the rest of the team. Thanks for the nice work!”

The Great Auto Paint was the 1st body shop that responded to my request, and gave me about $1,400 estimate. Also, I only needed to leave my car was for 2 days, so the impact on my business was small. “I was referred to John after my 2013 SL550 was serviced by Mercedes Exclusively which is next door. I had some bumper work that needed to be done as there was PPF damage when it was removed and it took off some of the paint, not at all related to Santa Clara Autocare. I had tried to fix it myself and put a rubber bumper guard over it, but it never really looks OEM and it bothered me. I had received quotes in the past, but it was only for a new bumper and it was over $2,000! I was so happy to have met John who was honest, upfront, and timely! They removed the rubber bumper guard, sanded down the affected areas and then resprayed the paint to perfectly match the existing color, they are truly paint experts. The car look better than when i purchased it CPO and so happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend John and his team for any body work that needs to be done as they are great and well priced. THANK YOU SANTA CLARA AUTOCARE!”
