“Nice store with well made clothes. They have a cool concept and offer you to browse the store, decide what you would like to try on, make your choice on the digital panel and wait for the first available dressing room. Nice thing - all you pick will already be in the dressing room’ closet and you can add on and request different color or size right from the dressing room. The inconveniences that I’ve experienced: the store assortment is pretty poor comparing to their website. No sizes and fabrics were available for the dresses I wanted. Besides that the wait time to the dressing room was 15-20 minutes. The parking was a pain: very busy street, meters only, and you need to be very lucky to find one available. I was trying on 5 outfits and someone was knocking in the door every 5-7 minutes. If you guys have time limits please communicate it before I got into the dressing room. Overall concept is awesome, customer service could be better. I am still glad I came and found out what size fits me to order some dresses online.”

“I used Beto at T-shirt Warehouse for some pajama pants that needed to be imprinted with our company's logo. I already had the pants and our logo and he was able to see my vision and complete the job very quickly. I had about 70 pairs of pajama bottoms and he had them done within a week - during the holidays even! He was great to work with and very accommodating. The pants have been washed multiple times and the logo is in perfect condition, no signs of wear. I would definitely use them again.”

“Good sales, clean and organized. Only one island of registers per floor but long lines move rather quickly. Service is always good and professional. The women's clothing section as I don't prefer super trendy stuff. Handbag section is not good anymore, with bland designs. For a holiday shoe sale I'd expect more than $10 off for Easy Spirits. But I come here for great jewelry deals and selection. It's early December. Almost all of the jewelry is at least 40% off (plus an extra 30% online coupon) compared to Macy's where overly marked up jewelry is 25% off. Just as good quality and cuter Christmas jewelry. I like Monet and Liz Claiborne the best. Hard not to buy some things for myself (I know what I like best!) as I gift shop. When parking is hard to find, go to eastern side of JCP adjacent to Hannum Ave. Except for shoes, I'd say there are great sales throughout the store.”
